Description of Research in Relation to Placemaking :

My field of research is heritage conservation, heritage studies and urban heritage. Securing urban heritage and conflicts on the transformation of heritage sites are two issues of special interest.

Interest in Contribution Field/Context:

I think about contribution to volume two – approaches, methods, and theoretical conception – of place-making in relation to heritage sites.

Case Studies Conducted / Participated In:

I might contribute with a method to analyse conflicts within a case-specific constellation of discourses and actors in identifying, defining and conserving heritage sites as form of place-making. This is the synchronic discourse analysis, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6hJSFVe2p1c
